Q: How long will it be before I receive my item(s)?
Please check shipping page. Due to ongoing pandemic items maybe slightly delayed.
Q: Do you ship to my country
Although we ship worldwide, there might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions, or shipping carrier limitations. Please check with us first.
Q: I am in between sizes and not sure what size to order; can you tell me which size should I choose?
Each product has a size chart so please be sure to measure for your correct size.
Q: I ordered the wrong size; can I exchange my item?
Please check your order before submitting as we can only edit or change your order in the first 24hrs. Also you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Q: My item is damaged or has a defect
Get in touch within the first 7 days of receiving your product, Please provide a picture and your order number. We'll then get this sorted out straight away.
Q: My item hasn't arrived
We do not take responsibility for items delayed or lost. Check your shipping confirmation and address is correct. If all is fine then get in touch via email - info@swavvyboutique.com. We will then take the neccessary steps to work with you and get things sorted.
